These are newly created positions at the Sales Representatives and Account Executive level to plan, execute and sell the collection.
Position Overview:
We are an upscale, contemporary casual clothing company, bringing leading edge fashion design to the apparel industry. Our focus has always been on quality designs utilizing premium fabrics. We are sold through over 75 better boutiques and specialty stores in the US and in Europe. A creative and hi-tech internet business also flourishes and continues to be a very strong sales and marketing channel for the company. Location:
Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Northwest, Southwest Regions.
- 8+ years experience in the contemporary juniors
- Product driven, strong, articulate and well networked with specialty stores and major department stores
- Department store knowledge and relationships with buyers, District Managers and General Management.
- Manage Key Accounts including Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's and more.
- Must have the ability generate new business within a given territory and nationwide.
- Develop strategic partnerships with retailers to expose/expand the brand.
- Retail Math, Excel and analytical numbers skills needed.
- Good people skills, excellent follow up, detailed, organized, proficient, well spoken, multi-tasker.
- Energetic, enthusiastic with the ability and the presentation to represent our collection.
- Must have strong merchandise skills and have the ability and cater the line to the individual needs of retail buyers.
- Ability to travel is required.
- Professional negotiation and sales skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, team player.
